Because most of the time it isn't useful except for serious burns where a large % of total body surface area needs skin grafting. Then it is useful, but it's not a huge market, which is why they are trying to expand into cosmetic applications like vitiligo. But the number of vitiligo patients whose condition is stable enough that they could choose to undergo painful dermabrasion surgery and then pay for the expense of Recell is again probably not that large. Most people would probably choose to live with it.
