    Junky, perhaps you could start with AGM's own projections. Assuming ZFX get's full control they will add 8 c per share plus synergies to their own bottom line. PE range 5-10 = 40 to 80 cents to ZFX market cap. It may be already priced in given the 70 cent rise we had in ZFX on Friday - perhaps leaks?
