Had it confirmed that the regional (Global v China) distribution deal applies only to Soco branded product.Any 3rd party deals signed by Vmoto (eg Ducati) are not included in the deal so Vmoto gets Global (including China rights) on those deals. Great.
Of course, the other big one I am hoping gets finalised (and subsequently announced) is the Indian Revolt deal. I think they will sell a few there!Also relieved to know that Taiwan is, for the purposes of the deal, ex-China. That has the potential to be a little gold mine. 20million poulation. 1million motorbikes sold each year (seriously!) and the government wants it all electric in the next few years. So one way or another GogGoros strange-hold will be loosened ("co-operate or we will legislate" re charging network). We already have a foothold via GoKube and its very entrepreneurial owners.
