Meals like this are garbage.
They’re an attempt to excuse poor kitchen management/cooking strategy by blaming “savoury meal” sentiment.
The real issue, has and will seemingly remain, the poor timing of oven usage. Baked goods have long lead times, raise high with the right baking powder & manage customer expectation.
Burning the bread & blaming “delays” whilst tapping the waitress, again, and again is a straight path to the land of 1 star google reviews.
