Terry,
I take page 39 to be the form that the directors fill in to take up any shortfall. The prospectus states that if you apply for more than you are entitled to then that portion will be refunded to you. ( See top of page 15.)

I asked Peter Munachen yesterday if I could buy some more but he advised today there is no right to buy more options and that any shortfall would be underwritten by the Directors.

If these options trade at 0.75 cents or less I will be getting more.
