Have TTR holders all received their Entitlement & Acceptance Forms in a timely fashion???

I have three accounts, all having the same PO Box. The forms were due to be despatched on the 18th of April.I receive one form on the 21st (not bad), one on the 27th (Oh well! Easter got in the way) and have not received the 3rd yet.

Just get the feeling around the extra long Easter break may not have been the best time for shareholders to have this non-renounceable rights offer made to them. At the front end allow a couple of days to distribute acceptance forms by mail. At the back end the need if using BPay or posting cheques from interstate or country areas to forward them at least a day or two early left only about six working days to manage the acceptance. For a lot a people organising funds to cover acceptances this can take some time. In my case I usually raise the cash by selling a few shares in other companies (3 working days clearance). Given that the stocks I planned to sell have come back over the last couple of weeks and I was not prepared to take a lesser offer I have not got the funds immediately available to take up the TTR offer. Also, given that my average cost of my holding (s) is less than the acceptance price anyway I have decided not to participate. I will let the underwriter have my entitlement and put in the funds to move TTR forward.

I think given the share price today was hovering around the acceptance price anyway, it is likely the underwriter might be getting a fair share...........wasn't this the way it was planned???

Let see what happens over the next couple of weeks after the issue closes. Hope we can have a top 20 update soon!!!!!
