As long as the payment is made the day of the offer it will be processed with that date, anz cutoff time for bpay is 6pm so will appear as a payment waiting to clear, but the date of payment will still be before the expiry for the option entitlement.
This is was I was told from ANZ and from the WHL entitlement help number
