JD - I'm livid that the BOD allowed Canaccord to pick up any shortfall. The very reason for offering the loyalty options was to reward loyal shareholders and help with the transition of the company restructure, NOT to line the pockets of a select few. This is not a cap raising, where a shortfall is underwritten to help the company achieve funding. I cannot see any logical reason why Canaccord was permitted to underwrite the loyalty options. I hope they don't charge the 5% fee on the shortfall.
