Yes pay as early as possible that way if there is an error it gives them time to get a letter back to you before the 8th of August. I think BPAY is the safest way but I'd print your BPAY receipt and keep it with your form. Double check every digit a few times. It's very unforgiving. Make one little error and you miss out.
