By now the vast majority of us would have received our entitlement forms.

Not much time to sit on them.

A mate of mine topped up before they went ex entitlement.

When he received his entitlement form it came with an explanation informing him that he did not get his complete allocation, as the person he purchased the last parcel from was holding a short position.

Has anyone else had a similar letter, as it would be good to find out how big (insto big) this short position was/is, in line with the capping.
