At the current market of 2.9c the CR is more or less under water and until we have the all clear from the authorities I doubt the SP will move anywhere but lower.

So were is the money needed to come from? Patterson's can withdraw from underwriting if they wish.

The CR IMHO was badly timed (too late). Management knew they needed money even if we would be fraccing by now.
