BUT...
With the recent cost blowouts on arrowsmith with delays, we need the money regardless of this.. we must assume the going concern as cash raised is something at least until things get better, and its bagged for 25million cap...
this aint heated dilution because its still such as small cap
...
big difference...
perhaps you might be well rewarded...
