    Its a term used for - they dont really know themselves and its out of their control and in the hands of others- its purely speculative and non committal so why even make thise comments in the first place- definate dates are the KEY not comments such as "imminent' Gus Simpson used these words for PEN announcements also and the result of this was delay after delay after delay
