Finally got around to reading my entitlement offer - the most enlightening info so far being :
1. the advice that ALL Directors are CONSIDERING taking up their entitlements, whilst at the same time RECOMMENDING all Shareholders take up their entitlement!
2. The raising after expenses will, if everybody contributes, furnish the coffers with $256K; the Directors total remuneration is $259K - wonder where they'll get the extra $3K from ...... (sarcasm, in case anybody thinks I'm serious!)?
