I did wonder about shortfall being pro rated. The fine print of the various documents will cover how this was handled. I didn't look closely and missed the detail.
For another company I held through a rights issue a shareholder took umbrage at the way the shortfall was handled and challenged. He won because of the way the prospectus was worded and the shortfall was modified. The company secretary didn't stay for very long after this....
Not saying it is the case here but just a little surprised not to get some of the shortfall requested by pro rata. Such a small amount it would be almost a nuisance and defeat the purpose for applying in the first place which was to round up to a nice even number.
Was there any announcement (or part of one) about how the shortfall was distributed?
