it is not dilutive if EVERY shareholder takes up their entitlement, we will own double the shares but still own the same percentage of the company. Same as a share split, except you get to put a bit more cash in the CVI coffers!
Apart from that....I think the whole thing stinks. I am more than sick enough of the whole tangled web.
