It's taken todays ann to make us realise just how planned this has bene.

I didn't see it coming - not when he's said no more raisings till the price was higher and refinery would be a good deal etc...........just more crap.

He couldn't lie straight in bed - and he has to be removed from the Board.

Maybe the old Board members will be very happy to see that, as they probably stepped down as they didn't like what Smyth was doing.

Anyone else who hasn't read the whole saga and action, please check my thread on "EGM - urgent shareholders meeting" or something like that!

We need you all to act to stop the Company being destroyed and given away to Global.
