no consideration for shareholders raks, they could have done a 1 for 4 or at worst 1 for 2 & raise enough to keep them going until markets calm & the sp can be pushed higher to raise funds again, instead they have taken the option to dilute the life out of CVI & stuff holders completly.

And who can even trust the underwriting agreement as they have converd themsleves to exit if conditions are not met:

"The Offer is fully underwritten by Pinnacle Capital Management Limited. However, "if the terms and conditions of the Underwriting Agreement are not satisfied, or a termination event occurs", the Underwriter may terminate its obligations"
