ENTITLEMENT OFFER CLOSED
The Board advises that shareholders have taken up rights totalling 352,829,390 shares ($1,411,318) and
176,414,695 free attaching options. The shortfall of 270,644,860 shares and 135,322,430 free attaching
options will be dealt with in accordance with the underwriting agreements.
Holding statements in respect of the entitlements will be despatched on 6 September 2011.
