In the end, I did get someone ffom Widgie to answer the phone. She sent me the form, I made the payment by direct deposit and sent her the receipt proving I had paid it. All is sweet now. So remember you can pay with only an hour's notice this way.
BPAY would have been useless unless the company was desperate. It happens overnight, way after the closing time of the offer.
In the end, I did get someone ffom Widgie to answer the phone....
