to suggest $1 spp is not value is clearly off the mark.

The issue here is the unexplained sp fall from mid $4 to mid $2 before the announcement.

This need ASIC to grow some "B&$$" and look at who knew what and when.

To down ramp this as you are appearing to do is not appreciated and not based on much fact. This is being raised well below closing price and is trading now at a significant discount given the raise.

I'll let others make their own minds up but for me you appear to be attempting to get an even bigger discount than is now available and I doubt you are a holder prior to the halt.
