No need to be clear with me Riskup I understand the document quite well. With an easy ~50% gain to be made for instos (as they keep the SP up) they would be stupid not to sell a portion of their allotment and bank the gain. I might be wrong but I thought being involved in the sharemarket is to make money ... and the big boys want to make money.
Wouldn't be surprised to see the SP slowly get to 30c next week as other instos would be ruthless and not allow fellow instos to make such an easy gain ... heck even short it.

It's now hit 35c as I just checked PDN SP ... so now it's a ~35% gain for instos.
