I suspect it will go underwater by the (overly unbalanced) retail issue date or thereabouts. These usually do where there is no positive cashflow, a huge overhang, fully underwritten with subs shorting or hedging their position, a cheap blocking stake given out, and so much emotion in the pricing. But you never can know for certain what will happen in the markets.
