Of course you are - its ex entitlement so the rights have been allotted simple really.
Now do the shorts need 40mill more shares this arvo or have they sorted something else out. Regardless PDN is no longer a sitting target with its balance sheet sorted so they will move on and we should see some upward buying pressure.
