MM, (et al) the Institutional placement completed today was only available to "institutional shareholders" (presentation p 3) / ("Existing institutional shareholders" - today's ann). I suppose it depends how many institutions are still on the PDN register and in a position / have the mandate to add to their shares? 84% indicates strong demand in my opinion.

The key information is that the 14% (or 1.7 million only) shares available that weren't taken up by existing institutional shareholders were HEAVILY oversubscribed.

Will the retail shareholders take up their entitlements? Well, I currently have 100,000 shares, and am planning on applying for an additional 200,000 shares at 26c for the entitlement, since "Existing retail shareholders will have the opportunity to apply for additional shares above their entitlement as part of the retail Entitlement Offer".

So, after this, hopefully I will have 300,000 shares at average 32 c or something. Or 150,000 shares at average slightly higher. Either way, I'm looking forward to the Uranium price continuing it's journey upwards, sentiment improving, and the escalator upwards to $1 and beyond in the next 6 months.

So, good luck with your short MM, I personally don't think there will be much left over for the current 108 millions shorts to cover if all retail investors apply for their entitlement or additionals.
