I'm hoping they will give 100% of additional shares applied for up to a certain value e.g 50k shares for each, then pro rata for additional shares. Would be more distributive.

This means if applying for relatively small amounts eg 50k extra would see you get all of them, and also prevent deep pockets buying massive amounts by applying for several million additional shares just to make a quick gain.

We will see.
