After re-reading the offer announcement, it doesn't actually give a capped number of shares to be issued, it just says "approximately 97,643,305", so maybe they will issue more. I haven't read the documentation which came with the actual offer, I just got it yesterday. From past experience, I think issuing of extra shares will be pro rata according to your existing shareholding. Somehow I don't think there will be many not taking up the offer, based on the current share price and positive outlook, so there might not be too many to be had. However, if you don't ask, you don't get....
