I agree that this should position DUE well into the future.

I too like the long-term prospects for the company, but their timing is terrible. And the reduction in dividend, though it seems justified, won't sit well.

That said, if I can pick up some cheap shares and pocket a 10%+ dividend/year, well, that's not so bad, is it?
