Just looking at the entitlement offer, back of the envelope stuff but as I see it
Stanwell paid $7M for 5% in Mahalo
Ignoring any premium for contolling/influential holding COI's remaining 35% should be worth $49M
Mahalo $49M
Raising $8M
Cash $6M
Assets $63M
After issue shares 410M ~ $0.15/shr
Does not ascribe any value to other tenaments/US investments or $8M Stanwell farm-in.
Based on above at $0.10/shr I am going to oversubscribe.
Anyone see something I am missing, looks a bit too good?!
