    it's not about being able to buy shares on mkt or not

    drilling isn't going to be committed to until they finalise raising capital

    and I guess the entitlement won't happen until they finalise the placement

    so what's holding up tranche2 of the placement ?

    why is tranche2 being done in bits and pieces ?

    who committed money then decided not to put up ?
