Just had a call 5 minutes ago from a guy checking to see if I had a received the prospectus. He read out a script pointing out key aspects of the offer and mentioned that they recognise there is a level of dissatisfaction with the management. They were trying to get a handle on my likelihood of taking up the offer. No decision at this time for me.
