With a "shortfall" of 45 million, every eligible shareholder who applied for their "Entitlement", would have HAD to have received their FULL 1:8 entitlement. No risk!!!
If you didn't, complain to the Company Secretary. The allocation of the "shortfall" shares was at the company's discretion, asd long as it cpomplied with the Prospectus.
