Thanks for trying to clarify but can you please tell me your interpretation of page 2 of Prospectus under 1.2: 'in exercising discretion, the board will take into account..........which may be achieved through strategic investors increasing their interests or by the introduction of new investors.'
I read the board can place how they sit fit, which is what they have done. All within ASX listing rules.
