Ide also like to add, unfortunately our index and market has taken a hit due to the tech sell off in the US. It's especially bad because we never really went up as much as the US so as the US bleeds we bleed with it. We are back to an XJO index of 5850 which brings us to late May / June. The current price is not indicative of the fair price I think.
