technically options should be $13 less than the current price

ie. if share price is $15, options should be trading at $2 (as it’s their technically total price, adding the $13 to exercise on top..

but at the moment the price is under, people will still
be willing to pay more than $0 to have the option..

anywhere between 20c to $2 would be my guess

the further away the exercise date, the bigger the premium may be (ie, options price + exercise price = higher than current share price)

the closer the date gets, the closer correlated the 2 will be.
