I did this because
1. Capital tied up during halt is annoying (i'm a trader)
2. Hard to predict how the market will react to the SPP announcements.
3. The difference in what I can make holding stock and opting into the SPP may be offset by a dip in the price after the halt.
It is unlikely the price goes up the morning after a raising / a stock comes out of a halt.
