Trading Halt to occur after market on 2 September 2020;
Record date for the placement is expected occur on 9 September 2020. This will is well past 2/09/2020 + T2.
Price is currently unknown. I suspect the price will be around $13 per share which is the VWAP from Friday to today. There is no need to discount.
" The Company expects to apply for a trading halt of its shares commencing after-market on Wednesday, 2 September 2020 and the shares
will cease trading on a cum-rights basis at that time. The Company anticipates that its shares will recommence trading on an ex-rights basis on the expected record date of the entitlement offer, being Wednesday, 9 September 2020."
