Anchoring to the price you paid and holding to it 'recovers' rarely works. If you believe there is long term value in the holding and its % of you portfolio is not material. Buy more, then when the value is realised by the market, you make your return. If it is a material % of your portfolio, over time buy other holdings, once the % rebalances add more Lynas.
If you do not see value, sell it. Buy something else.
