Wow have been a RE investor for over 10 years starting with GWG waiting for market to come back. Now it has for all reasons cited and current time horizon is 5-10 years for me. Over that time expect to see growth and further maturing company with big boy listing in US, development of WW supply chain ex China dividends and other mining investments to capitalize on space. Quick buck I think not but the trend is your friend!
