No plans when I raised it a while back, compliance costs prohibitive, but eventually it may become inevitable.
Lynas totally results focused, building out the unique potential in this business so I doubt they have time for much more. If I understand the bigger picture correctly the wait now is on US Govt to pull the right structure & policy together to action the string of DOD tenders, should all that come together Lynas will need no external promotion or carnival barkers.
Understand US funds bid very strongly in recent placement resulting 3x oversubscribed, that interest will only develop further as a US footprint is developed. As per disgraceful Malaysian political harassment, we are not really waiting on Lynas but rather Govt's to get their act together, such is the geopolitical nature of RE industry. While PITA SH's here it is also a mighty barrier for any seeking to follow.
