    Well they did the same stunt last August. Set the record date which meant that the last day before the trading halt was ex-entitlement, although nobody except insiders knew about it.

    As a result, the insiders could sell that day for a cum-rights price and still keep their cheap right. Not so cheap as it turned out to be.
