    I called also & as I understand it the two tranches for retail shares is so if you apply & pay before 29th june its because you want to get in for the first closing date as you will be allocated shares on the same date as institutional holders and be able to trade them, but if you are thinking to hold long term just apply before 13th july and then will be sent securities on the later date. cheers
