    ANN says settlement of intial retail offer is June 30.

    perhaps they have - settlement to me means payment.
    the ANN is very specific about saying "last day for eligible retail securityholders to lodge an application to be alloted new stapled securities at same time as intso's"

    perhaps I am reading it wrong too - but lodging an application for shares and settlement are 2 different things
