    SAU Results for Notice of Meeting out now.

    SAU shareholders approve the sale of SNU (through divesting the 39.1% holding to SNU shareholders).

    SAU holders will not get a chance to participate in SNU.

    Only current holders of SNU shares (inc. CITIC & Talbot Holdings) are able to participate in the rights issue (pro-rata).

    45m shares to be divested. Its 14c as we speak.
