Good notes, this is what I think:
SAU spun off SNU during the IPO a few years ago. SAU breakings its links with SNU is a good thing, like you said it would be good in making SNU more liquid.
I don't think Ken Talbot or CITIC would be making a takeover of SNU anytime soon. SNU a explorer, though good temenents, has yet to have any JORC certified reserves of uranium. Thus, a takeover is unlikely, Talbot or CITIC wouldn't want to takeover a company that has not found any uranium yet and inherit all that operational and exploration risks.
Look at a company like Uranium SA (ASX code: USA), they found high grade uranium, thus the share price reflects this. SNU needs to find something like that to begin talking.
Otherwise, I think the entitlement offer is good. I'm taking it up.
