Record Date for determining entitlements under the entitlement offer closes today at 4.00 pm (Perth time).
Under the entitlement offer, eligible shareholders will have the opportunity to apply for 1 new share for every 10
Alkane shares held by them as at 4.00 pm (Perth time) on 9 March 2012.
That represents just over 10% discount to the current on market price.
Closing time for acceptances is 5.00 pm (Perth time) on
Thursday, 29 March 2012.
