I can’t advise on the legality of the move but the deal wasn’t done overnight. From the announcement that RXL and VMC had finally made the deal, there has been a several month long wait. FYI, see attached letter sent by VMC reminding holders to update Automic with TFN. At the very least, last week’s events shouldn’t have come as a surprise to holders. A few million RXL shares were sold on Wednesday (12th) to balance the books.

While personally speaking, VMC hasn’t been a great hold for me so far, I do feel positive about the future. The market generally hates waiting and uncertainty. I feel we’ve done the wait, and the uncertainty is over, so hopefully good things to come.
