Hi all, I'm sure this reminder is redundant but entitlement applications are due this Friday, 25th Feb. I will be taking mine up. At 26c when the sell side is almost gone and the cheapest line is 41c I don't need to tell you this represents a bargain. At the current price of 38c it is a 46% discount! (Plus you can apply for additional shares if you wish, no guarantee to get them though.)
Risk factors: - low volumes - 26c shares will be in the market early March - a possible market downturn is (always?) on the horizon
Price drivers: - acquisition soon to be announced - gold and silver price going ballistic (at the moment) - copper price at all time highs - by my calculations a maximum of only approx. 102,000,000 shares will be on issue after the cap raising and rights issue
