6mil options exercisable at 20 cents ea is a very clever way to keep the underwriters the on track and successfully close the issue on original terms.
The only problem is that with the insto's now holding far more exposure than they first anticipated, is there a question of overhang??? I can live with this as it's far better than the alternative.
