is that fair for the underwriters to be given a present of 20c options to keep their share of the deal while you shareholders miss out?
You also paid 15c/sh to raise capital for the Co. when you could have bought on market for less than 15c but still no 20c oppies bonus for you?
just asking as it seems odd
